We would like to inform you of an issue that occurred between 4:15 PM on 10 April 2026 and 9:17 AM on 11 April 2026.
During this period, some suppliers encountered errors while uploading documents to requests. The errors included an “Oops Error” message and, in some cases, “There is not enough space on the disk” notification. This prevented affected users from either submitting their responses or successfully attaching documents.
The issue was identified and resolved by 9:17 AM on Saturday. Please note that not all suppliers were impacted.
